Rental of a limousine is with full acknowledgment and agreement of the following terms and conditions:  Brisbane Limousine Service requires a major credit card to process any and all reservations. All deposits are non-refundable. We will try our very best to not have to switch vehicles. We reserve the right to switch vehicles before a run based on availability without prior notice, if a vehicle that was previously requested is unavailable or if there is a risk of a driver not making it on time for a pickup.

The credit card on file will be charged any balance due the day before service unless other payment arrangements have been made.  The same credit card on file will be charged if there is any damage to the vehicle.

Additional charges may incur for waiting time after arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 45 minutes after a flight lands. after 45 minutes there is a $1.00 charge for every minute of waiting time.  For all arriving flights, upon arrival please go directly to baggage claim area and retrieve your luggage, after you have received your luggage.  Our driver will be waiting for you at the baggage claim carousel.  Please call us and inform us of your exact location if you are unable to locate your driver by vestibule number (THIS CAN BE FOUND ABOVE ALL EXITING DOORS) example: 3C.  If contact is not made to our office within 90 minutes after the flight lands a no-show fee of the full rate will be charged to the credit card on file.

To avoid a NO SHOW fee please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance 1300 84 82 87. Additional stops are a minimum charge of $10.00 depending on deviation from the route.

Includes all airport transportation, Flat Rates and Point to Point transfers. Extra stops are a minimum charge of $10.00 Depending on mileage and time.

Client and renter are responsible for his/her guest and for any and all damage to the interior, exterior or equipment on the vehicle. This is including but not limited to: gum, wine and alcohol spillage, vomit, breakage of drinking glasses, decanters, lights, TVs, gaming systems, electronics, etc.  Cleaning, repair, and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of $150.00.  Broken glasses are charged at $10 each.  All passengers agree to act in an appropriate manner and shall not put any guest, driver, vehicle, or any other person or property in the risk of damage, danger, or illegal situation.  Brisbane Limousine Service reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate our obligation in the event of a breach of contract of any of these conditions by any passenger.  In the event of early termination, no portion of the rental fee shall be refunded.  All fees for damages will be assessed to the credit card on file after a thorough investigation and determination of all charges involved.

While we are happy to allow your personal CDs, DVDs, computers, smartphones, etc., we do not take responsibility for items left in the vehicle during or after the rental period.

Brisbane Limousine Service shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by, but not limited to, acts of God/nature, incorrect pick up or drop off information, or any situation out of our control (such as bad weather, accident or vehicle malfunctions).

All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required for hourly rentals at the time of booking.  The balance is due at the time of service. Airport transfers are due in the full amount at the time of booking.

Any reasonable and unavoidable special fees or charges incurred will be in addition to all charter rates published herein, example: parking at a concert.

A patron who refuses service or who does not appear at the designated point of pick up will incur the full rate of service expected. A trip cancelled by the patron or a third party on his behalf after the vehicle has been dispatched will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the service to be rendered. All cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the actual reservation date or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the client. In the event of cancellation, this fee will automatically apply to reservations made within 14 days or less of the scheduled service. Proof of cancellation requires the provision of a valid cancellation number from (Brisbane Limousine Service) Deposits for future services (weddings, proms, concerts, etc) are non-refundable. Any cancellation made less than 7 days before the date of the event will incur the entire (100%) charge of the event on the credit card on file.

No refund shall be made if the cancellation of service occurs within 7 days of expected service. This includes reservations made within 7 days or less of expected service. All deposits are non-refundable. 

Baggage will not be checked. Personal baggage and other paraphernalia necessary for the purpose of the trip will be limited to the capacity of the vehicle and will be transported in the custody of the passenger at no additional charge.  (Brisbane Limousine Service) is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
